Fall Flower Subscription 2025
August - October
Receive a beautiful monthly bouquet of farm fresh, specialty flowers delivered in late summer/fall. This is the season when our farm is overflowing with flowers including dahlias, sunflowers, zinnias, celosia, and more!
All bouquets are delivered on Saturdays in a recyclable vase, so you don’t have to worry about flowers being out of water if they are delivered while you are not home.
We deliver to the greater Lansing area. Click here to view our delivery zone.
You’ll get a weekly “Bouquet on the Way” email during your subscription with sneak peaks of flowers coming your way, tips on how to style your flowers, and any important reminders for subscription holders.
All subscription members get exclusive early access to future sales and offers!
Bouquets will be seasonal. The flowers in bloom on the farm are the flowers included in your bouquet. Each bouquet will be different, and no matter what’s included you can be sure it will be gorgeous.
If we have a challenging growing season (drought, flood, extreme pest pressure, etc.) we may need to occasionally source flowers from other Michigan farms.
Delivery fee is included in price, no additional shipping will be added at check out.
Space in our Fall Subscription is limited, we encourage you to sign up early to guarantee a spot!
