Bouquet Bar
Perfect for wedding showers, baby showers, or other small gatherings!
What’s Included
We set up an array of fresh flowers and foliage picked straight from our fields, then you and your guests get to build your own bouquets!
We have hundreds of flowers in bloom from late April – early October, and we grow a combination of familiar favorites (pink peonies!) and specialty flowers that you might not see every day.
Our standard packages include the following:
Set up, clean up, and delivery of all bouquet bar supplies
Enough flowers for each guest to create an 8 to 10-stem bouquet
“How to” signs with clear, easy steps for guests to follow
Free pre-arranged bouquet for the host
Paper sleeves for guests to carry their finished bouquets in
Our bouquet bar packages are purely seasonal and are the best of what is in bloom at the time of your event. However, due to the variances of nature, we are not able to accommodate requests for specific flowers.
Pricing and Details
Our standard bouquet bars can accommodate up to 60 people. If your event will have more than 60 people, we are happy to work with you to create a custom experience!
10 people: $250
20 people: $450
30 people: $650
40 people: $850
50 people: $1,050
60 people: $1,250
We have a $250 order minimum.

Bouquet bartender (optional). Will be present to assist guests for a 2-hour period: $100
Mason jar vases for each guest instead of paper sleeves: $2.50/person
We require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, and the remainder of your balance is due 10 days before your order is ready.
All bouquet bar supplies brought by Birchfield Blooms (containers used to display flowers, signage, scissors, etc.) will be collected by Birchfield Blooms staff during event clean up. These items are not kept by the client.
